The 2 bedroom and 1 of the 3 bedrooms interconnect to make one whole floor while the other 3 bedroom is ground floor which makes this apartment ideal for elderly people or in wheelchair. Air Condition is available in every bedroom operated by pre paid cards available from owner. Large terraces and a mature garden surrounds the villa. Close to all shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Sandy beach 5 minutes away with bus or car. Plenty of parking outside the villa although a car is not a necessity. BBQ, outside shower, umbrellas and deckchairs round the pool deck.
